BVY Local Dashboard — Internal-Use License Agreement
Proposed effective date: October 21, 2026
Purpose and permitted use
BVY Renovations LLC permits its authorized personnel to use BVY Local Dashboard for BVY's internal project administration and review of information from BVY's authorized QuickBooks Online company. This agreement does not authorize public distribution of the dashboard or access to another company's financial records.
Authorized access
Users must have BVY's permission to use the application and the connected accounts. Users must protect their devices, exported records, connection values, and connection passwords. Credentials must not be published on the business website or shared with unauthorized people. Access must end when BVY withdraws the user's authorization.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online, OneDrive, Gmail, Outlook, and the business website remain separate services governed by their providers' agreements. Use of this dashboard does not grant rights to those services or bypass their authorization requirements. QuickBooks, Intuit, Microsoft, and Google marks belong to their respective owners.
Current functionality and records
This version runs locally and reads authorized QuickBooks company/invoice data. It also supports reviewing and confirming customer contact creation or updates in QuickBooks. Users must verify the company, selected customer, and exact changes before confirming. These changes affect a shared QuickBooks customer and may be used by other jobs for that customer. Saving a local project alone does not send changes. It does not create, edit, or delete invoices, payments, or other accounting transactions. Synchronization depends on an unlocked running local server, internet connectivity, and valid Intuit authorization. Records may be delayed or unavailable when those conditions are not met. Users should verify current accounting information in QuickBooks before making billing or financial decisions and keep independent backups.
Changes and ending use
BVY may update or stop using the internal application. On ending use, the owner can remove the saved local connection, revoke authorization in QuickBooks, and remove local records or backups according to BVY's record-retention needs.
